I was trying to create a Dynamic Data Website using VS 2010 RC. An attempt to create an App_Code folder where I would put a LINQ to SQL class, failed. When I selected ‘Add ASP.NET Folder’ to add the folder, I had options to create only the following folders:

I just installed SP1 for VS2010, and since then I get error messages from Resharper for stuff that used to work and be ok for Resharper (5.1) before.
I have a GridView that has 10 columns populated by CheckBoxes. But instead of using FindControl() is there a way to get the CheckBox.Checked value by using a loop?
Basically i want to know if the visual studio IDE and/or compiler in 2010 and 2012 was written to make use of a multi core environment (i understand we can target multi core environments in all versions using parallelism, but that is not my question).

So today I started learning ASP.NET. Unfortunately I haven’t found any good tutorials online, and I can’t afford to buy books at the moment, so I’ve had to create a ASP.NET web application in Visual Studio 2010 and just play around with the default project setup.
I’ve got a Visual Studio 2010 solution that has multiple web applications in it. I’ve set one as the startup project but when I debug Visual Studio is starting up a development server for each web application in my solution. Is there anyway I can have Visual Studio only start up the development server for just the default startup project?
