Should conda, or conda-forge be used for Python environments?

Conda and conda-forge are both Python package managers. What is the appropriate choice when a package exists in both repositories? Django, for example, can be installed with either, but the difference between the two is several dependencies (conda-forge has many more). There is no explanation for these differences, not even a simple README.

Pandas Dataframe: Replacing NaN with row average

I am trying to learn pandas but I have been puzzled with the following. I want to replace NaNs in a DataFrame with the row average. Hence something like df.fillna(df.mean(axis=1)) should work but for some reason it fails for me. Am I missing anything, is there something wrong with what I’m doing? Is it because its not implemented? see link here

Adding a particle effect to my clicker game

I’m currently making a Python clicking game using Pygame. Right now, there is a coin in the center of the screen that you can click. What I want to add now, it a little green “+$10” icon that appears somewhere next to the coin whenever someone clicks it. This is what I want the game to look like whenever someone clicks the coin:
