Im getting that error when try to call a __doPostBack on one of my pages, every page that i have in the project use __doPostBack function but in this particular page im getting that Javascript error.
I have a WebServiceHost that is being used to host some web services in a console app. I added a service reference to it in my client app and create the proxy like so:
On my current project, to get a single value (select column from table where id=val), the previous programmer goes through using a datarow, datatable and an sqldatadapter (and of course sqlconnection) just to get that one value.
I have a fairly standard and simple MVC4 website.
I have an object that I serialize to XML. If one of the properties in the object is null, then native serialization ignores to add this as the attribute. Is this normal behavior, if so, is there a way I can override it?
I am getting this error in one of my ASP.NET 4.5 MVC application on my local machine. Other applications setup with ASP.NET 4.5 and using StructureMap work fine.

I have an ASP.NET page with this pseduo code:
Last night, I decided to try and implement SignalR to my application, and because I use MVC 5, I had to use the 2.0 beta of SignalR.
I’m trying to access the command line and execute a command, and then return the output to my aspx page. A good example would be running dir on page load of an aspx page and returning the output via Response.Write(). I have tried using the code below. When I try debugging this it runs but never finishes loading and no output is rendered.
I am using C# and .NET Framework 3.5sp1. Any help much appreciated.
