Is it still necessary to install CUDA before using the conda tensorflow-gpu package?

When I install tensorflow-gpu through Conda; it gives me the following output:

I have installed Theano framework and enabled CUDA on my machine, however when I “import theano” in my python console, I got the following message:

remove libwacom2 worked for me as well
