This morning I have received the dreaded ‘The Twitter REST API v1 is no longer active. Please migrate to API v1.1.’ error in a few of my web sites.
I need to implement Twitter API application-only authentication and I’ve searched through linq2twitter oauth samples and stackoverflow questions, but I didn’t find anything helpful about it.
With Twitter’s new OAuth interface, their API is now many times more complex than what it was. And I haven’t even looked at Facebook’s API yet.
Could you provide a regex that match Twitter usernames?
