Connecting to Visual Studio debugging IIS Express server over the lan

I have a test ASP.NET MVC3 application developed in VS2012. When I start debugging the app is accessed from the host machine via the request to http://localhost:<portnumber>. But if I try to access the same application from the remote machine in the intranet via the http://<ip>:<portnumber> I get HTTP error 400: Bad request. Invalid Host Name. As far as it runs on IIS Express any server configuration is inaccessible.

Could not load file or assembly ‘Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common, Version=11.0.0.0

I recently upgraded my n-tier solution from .NET 3.5 vs 2008 to 4.5 visual studio 2012. Every thing went fine apart from crystal reports and I had to install new runtime crystal reports for visual studio 2012 from the following link http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/cr4vs2010/CRforVS_13_0_5.exe.
After installing the above package I had to resolve some deprecated function and properties of
CrystalViewer and after that reports rendering properly in development environment (Windows 7 64 bit, SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio 2012). When I deployed the package in test environment windows server 2008 R2
the Application failed to load by throwing error
Could not load file or assembly Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms, Version=11

How to use command line msbuild to deploy VS2012 Web Site project without precompiling it?

I’ve inherited a very large VS2012 web site project (not web application) and am trying to automate it’s deployment. There are tons of circular references in the project so to get it to precompile using aspnet_compiler.exe I have to turn on fixednames. The problem with that is it causes the build to take about 20 minutes on my quad core, 16gb ram, ssd developer machine. The previous developer didn’t have to deal with this as he would just copy the whole source to the production web server.
