My question is, is it a good idea to use docker for a big woocommerce website (more than 100k products)? Or will this incur a noticable performance cost compared to running wordpress straight on the VPS (without containerization)?
my company is working with different restaurants to digitize their menus so that people dont touch the menu cards in this Covid 19 pandemic, so every table in a restaurant will have a unique qr placed on it, when a customer scans it the menu will open and he can order it from there, the issue i am facing is how to set all those unique urls linked with the table number, and how to show the table number on the dashboard of woocommerce so that the restaurant knows the table number from which the order came.

I have options: wz_currency_dollar, wz_currency_euro. And post meta _wz_currency. In the admin panel price of product defined in dollar or euro and select corresponding post meta. In the front-end price recalculate for html by next formula:

I need to create two e-commerce with woocommerce, one in the main directory of my site in Italian and English for online sales in Europe, and one in a subfolder or subdirectory exclusive for Switzerland in CHF with differentiated prices. I would like to know if you have to install wordpress also in the subfolder, so a wordpress installation for each woocommerce plug or can you manage the two online shops even with a single installation? And in any case, what do you recommend for a better performance?
