uploading to azure storage from memorystream returning an empty file

I’m writing a System.Drawing.Bitmap to Azure storage using a memory stream. I have the correct credentials and everything azure side wires up correctly. I have uploaded an image into a blob successfully using an input stream so I think it must be a problem with how i am using the memorystream object.

413 request entity too large – Web API

I’m running into a 413 issue while trying to send data from my web application (.netfx 4.6.1) to my web api (.net core 3.1). In the code below, I send a list over containing byte data of images along with additional data needed to build a file. The expected output is to return a byte array containing the new file. Unfortunately when sending the request I receive an error: Response status code does not indicate success: 413 (Request Entity Too Large).

Is it possible to toggle Validation Data Annotations on/off in MVC 3?

I have two separate VIEWS accessing the same MODEL. When I put the validator data annotations on the model, it works as advertised and prevents the data from being submitted (for both views) if left blank or not within range. However, I have one view that should be able to allow empty or null values to be saved for a property whereas another view needs to require information to be entered or selected before it lets it through. In other words, I’d like to turn off the validator on the property within the MODEL for one view and leave it on for the other view. Here’s the example code:
