where does $checkout in form-checkout.php woocommerce come from?
When a file is included, the code it contains inherits the variable scope of the line on which the include occurs. Any variables available at that line in the calling file will be available within the called file, from that point forward.

Some “broken links” showed up that have never been present before. The problem is that the “otherblog” has nothing whatsoever to do with our website–it is a separate property. We don’t know how the value for the “otherblog” is getting in.
