Settings in ‘Media > Settings’ is ignored when inserting images
When I upload an image, it is automatically resized as I would expect, however the sizes for inserting the image seem to ignore the settings I’ve placed in Settings/Media.

In the Admin Panel, is there a way to hook into the page creation and increment Page Order number of each page or to be equal to the number of pages. Right now the default is 0 and when I make a new page i would much rather have it at the bottom of my list than the top.
I’ve just disabled a plugin on my site and it’s now giving me the dreaded white screen of death. I know the site will be fine if I reactivate the plugin.

I’m working on a script to easily move js and css scripts to the footer using the add_data function in $wp_scripts and $wp_styles. I know for scripts that if the group is greater than 0 the script call will be moved to the footer (first foreach below does that). However, setting the group for styles doesn’t have the same effect (and group is set properly with second foreach). Is there a way to move styles to the footer with the same method, or should I be looking for an alternative?
Is there a simple or easy way to exclude all posts from a custom taxonomy in the loop? I’ve been looking high and low, and neither SE, SO or Google seem to have a straight answer.
