I need to perform a count operation on this Entity Framework (EF6) data set using a relatively complex expression as a WHERE clause and expecting it to return about 100k records.

I have followed the book of Adam Freeman to learn about ASP.NET MVC 5. I have implemented the repository pattern as described in the book. I’m using WHERE and log the SQL commands with the SQL-EventProfiler, then I will see no WHERE condition.
Entity Framework is duplicating database name on tables ex: DatabaseName.DatabaseName.TableName. My connection string config and web.config do not have duplication in them. Has anyone seen this before?

I am using MVC5 + Ef6 code first with ASP.Net Identity 1.0 and wish to have the tables created in a custom schema. i.e. a schema that is not the dbo schema.
