Chrome 86 (and prior), Edge, Curl, and IE all are able to do cross-origin Windows Authentication against my IIS 10 ASP.NET service on Windows 2019 machine without any problem.
I am using Kerberos authentication protocol for my websites.
In what is undoubtedly related to the Chromes samesite cookie policies released recently I am now having issues updating cookies in ASP.NET.
Does anyone have any problems with Page_Load being executed twice in Google Chrome?

I have a site I go to that allows me to auto log in with my creditentials (windows) and using Internet Explorer I can just set the option under “User Authentication” to “Automatic logon with current user name and password”, but I’m wanting to use Google Chrome. However, it always prompts me for user/pass and I’m looking to have it set up like IE. Anyone know if this is possible? Thanks!
Working on a new site design in asp.net with master pages. Header of the page is a 35px tall “menu bar” which contains an asp menu control rendered as an unordered list.
I’ve a simple asp.net page (framework 3.5) and an UpdatePanel with a series of dropdownlist I want to populate asyncronously. All works fine in all major browsers (Opera, Safari, IE6, IE7, FF3), but not in Chrome.
I have a page that sends a binari file, pdf, word or excel to web browser. In firefox, and IE both opens a dialog asking what do you whant to do with this file, “open” or “save”
Very recently I started to get some strange focus_change errors show up in the console window in Chrome when navigating through my ASP.NET web application (details below). I can’t find anything on the internet that references a “nikkomsgchannel” and have no idea why my application is making a request to this external resource (it never used to!?). Does anyone have any ideas?
That’s pretty much it, the call seems to do absolutely nothing.
