I use Dvorak and vi, so when I found out about the vi mode in Bash, I was very excited. However, it would be even better if I could remap the movement keys to be the ones that I use in vi (I swap keys around until the movement keys are back on the home row in Dvorak).

On my Linux host, Ctrl+C does not seem to work and I do not know how to proceed to make it work. I am using Ubuntu 10.04 with bash 4.1.5(1), and working in Gnome-terminal.
I have been using w3m for a couple of weeks and am convinced that it is my preferred text browser – with one exception.
How can I map Ctrl+Backspace to behave as Delete key with xkb? I can remap a single key on /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/pc but can’t figure out how to do the combination. My OS is Ubuntu 15.04
In Gnome 3, moving windows with the keyboard shortcuts Meta+← and Meta+→ can be convenient.
