The question is How do I make the header on the Twenty Ten theme less tall? That question was asked over at the LinkedIn WordPress group that is hidden from search engines so I thought I’d copy my answer to here.
This has happened on a number of occasions now where I move my site from Localhost to Live environment and the theme settings such as the logo, and other settings are not copied with it, so I am almost have to rebuild the site twice sometimes.

Is there a way of putting “Post X of Y” into my sidebar? I think I can only show it when it is a single blog post (something like checking if the content is_single) but I want to be able to see which post I am viewing. In WordPress there is a concept of “Nulled Themes”. I searched information about it (on Google) and found some people say it is hacked and others say it is not. I ran the “iThemes Security” software over it and everything works without errors.
