Is there a maximum length to a WordPress Page?

Where in the backend can I get information about the current WordPress version I am using?
In the dashboard backend admin area, I only see Update to WordPress <Latest Version> in the updates section, and at the bottom, is the Get Version <Latest Version> link, but nowhere does it tell me what version of WordPress I am using in the backend anywhere, before deciding to update to the latest version.
Batch update of WordPress Plugins
On a production site, we are having to proceed for a batch update of plugins. It is possible that the site stops to work properly because of a plugin clash. My question is: If I make a backup of the plugin folder, will that be enough to perform a total restore in case of problems?

I client of mine recently upgraded a very basic WordPress install to version 5.6.1. While the update seemed to go well, right at the very end the site died with an error that read something like this; identifying details altered for privacy:
