Can Visual Studio restart IIS Express on new debugging session?

After installing service pack 1 for Visual Studio 2010 cannot create web site in IIS. Here is error message:
I am exporting the contents of SP to excel. One of the columns brings the date format as 08/2015 but when exporting to excel, the format gets changed to Aug-2015.
So I have this annoying issue with Visual Studio (when working with C#), I’ve been digging around in the C# formatting options, general VS options and on google and MSDN but can’t really find a fix for this – I’m assuming there’s just a checkbox somewhere and I’ve just overlooked it. Here it is:
When debugging an application in Visual Studio, there are 2 options for breaking on exceptions. Break as soon as an exception is thrown, and breaking only when an exception isn’t caught. This works fine when developing desktop applications. However, when developing ASP.NET applications, all exceptions are eventually caught by the code in IIS. Is it possible to disable this behavior, so that the debugger breaks when my ASP.Net application code fails to catch an exception?
While working with ASP.NET using Visual Studio (2008) I have discomfort issue: source code editor context menu has only item ‘View Designer‘ but nothing about to view markup quickly!
I’ve installed parallels desktop on my MacBook to be able to run Visual Studio 2008 in a XP installation. Everything works great except when I decided to put my websites in my sites folder in the os x file system (Which by default automatically happens because the My Documents folder is mapped to the Mac’s Documents folder, and I’d rather put my code there so that both OS’s can easily access it.).
