I would like to create a record when a new email is sent from an account. I tried to create a new process that fires when a new Task (Subject starts with “Email”) but the process never fires. I even removed the criteria, and set the process to fire when a new Task is created, but it still doesn’t fire.
I had have a very minimal code to throw null pointer exception intentionally. The reason was we’re not receiving exception emails. We even reached out to support(You know how it can be painful process).
My opportunity has some attachments.
I would like to send them via email.
If I hit on “Attach File” button of “Send an Email” page, then File Location lookup filter window, dialog appears, however I am not able to find any of the attachments.
I noticed that in my last send, even though the contact with the same
Subscriber Key had changed her email address, the Marketing Cloud has communicated with her using the email on her All Subscriber list. In other words, the email field in the Data Extension was ignored and the corresponding email with that
Subscriber Key was used.
I’m wondering how to access a unsubscribe list. Usually in a given blast, for ex 250 approx I’ll get 3 Unsubscribes. Where can I get a list of all Unsubcribes for this year? is there a place in ET?
I want to create a case which has an attachment, Billing Account, and topics. Given below is the code from my Test Class:
I have only recently started using the salesforce marketing cloud (exact target) to send out emails, so if there’s something conceptually wrong with my question, forgive me :).
Whenever we run a journey using a sendable data extension with an alternate email address as the entry event, the corresponding EmailAddress in the all subscribers list gets updated with the alternate email address.
I can’t figure out why an email isn’t being sent. I’ve got a Platform Event trigger which ultimately is supposed to send an email. Most of the code isn’t directly relevant, but here’s the surrounding code, called by the trigger handler (cut down for demonstration):
I’m trying to capture the emails subject in the send log. Is there any way for me to do this?
